The kitchen was modern, spacious, and well equipped. the living space was comfortable. the location was central and convenient, with easy access to Rossio Square and nearby restaurants. the rental agency, RentExperience, was easy to deal with and provided a tablet device for navigating the city.
Felt most welcome, no complaint.

We had a fantastic stay at the Altido Downtown Design Apartments! The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and popular tourist sites. The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. We especially loved having two bathrooms, which made getting ready in the mornings a breeze. Despite a few minor issues, such as a leaky shower and a missing light bulb, the overall experience was great. The agency, RentExperience, was easy to deal with and provided excellent service. We appreciated the professional and friendly staff who were there to greet us upon arrival and departure. The apartment matched the pictures and was clean and modern. We highly recommend staying at Altido Downtown Design Apartments for a wonderful vacation in Lisbon.

We had a wonderful stay at Altido Downtown Design Apartments. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the historic part of the city and close to the airport. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, with a comfortable living room and beds. We also appreciated the tablet device provided, which helped us navigate the city and find great restaurants and attractions. Despite a couple of minor issues, like the drains in the bathrooms and the lack of soap dishes in the shower, our overall experience was fantastic. We would definitely re-book for our next visit to Lisbon. I highly recommend this apartment.

The location of the Altido Downtown Design apartment was perfect, right in the heart of Lisbon. We were able to explore the city easily and visit all the popular attractions. The location of the apartments is fantastic, with easy access to many tourist attractions in the historic part of the city. Additionally, it is conveniently close to Lisbon airport, making it a convenient choice for travelers coming from abroad.
The communication with the staff was poor and they failed to provide clear instructions for check-in, causing unnecessary delays and frustration.
